Tile recognition isn't detecting my photo correctly

Recognition is a best-effort guess and improves the more you use it with your own tile set — you'll always be shown an editable confirmation screen before anything is scored, so an imperfect guess never affects your score if you correct it. If recognition seems to have "gone wrong" (for example, guessing the same tile repeatedly), you can reset its learned data from Scoring Rules → Reset Tile Recognition Learning.

How is scoring calculated?

The app uses the traditional Hong Kong "old style" fan table by default. Every fan value, the minimum fan to win, and the limit hand value are editable under Scoring Rules in the game menu, so you can match your own group's house rules.

Where is my data stored?

Everything — games, scores, photos — stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use it without a camera?

Yes. When recording a round you can choose "Skip Photo — Enter Tiles Manually" and build the hand by tapping tiles directly.
